Description

The Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing remote administrative support to individuals, executives, or teams within an organization. This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks, communication, and time management, conducted online or through digital communication tools.


  • Performing data entry and database management.
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting documents or presentations.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Responding to inquiries or providing basic customer service.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Minimum education of high school/equivalent, preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in administration, business, or communications.
  • Work experience as a virtual assistant or in other administrative positions (a plus).
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible.
