  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Learn and follow recipes for specialty drinks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in upselling and customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Consistent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
