At One Alliance Lending Corporation, we’re committed to helping our clients secure the financing they need to grow their businesses. We are looking for a Loan Officer who will take full ownership of the client journey — from generating leads to closing the deal.

Job Responsibilities:


As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full loan application process. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless, professional, and results-driven experience for our clients.


Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various marketing and networking strategies
  • Promote our loan products and services through online and on-the-ground efforts
  • Engage and educate clients about available financing options

Application Processing & Client Management

  • Conduct initial interviews and collect essential client information
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and gathering required documents
  • Perform preliminary assessments to determine client eligibility
  • Follow up with clients for any missing documentation and ensure completeness

Assessment & Offer Presentation

  • Prepare and submit assessment reports to the loan manager
  • Present loan offers to clients and explain terms and conditions clearly
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications

Closing the Deal

  • Guide clients through the final steps of the loan process
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed prior to loan release
  • Help finalize the transaction and maintain strong post-deal relationships for future business


Qualifications:


  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Willing to do field work as needed for client acquisition and documentation
  • With pleasing personality and a professional attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team
