Position Summary:

• As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand growth, drive engagement, and generate leads that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
• Coordinate the creation of content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to drive improvements.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (B2B or B2C).
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
