المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language and strong customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude.
