المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in mixed-use properties.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, expertise in residential and commercial management, knowledge of mid-rise condominiums, and exceptional front management skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits; must be adaptable to different environments.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and strong organizational abilities.
