Description

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
  • Maintain supplier records and update approved vendor lists.
  • Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage company documents and ensure proper filing systems.
  • Process business permits, licenses, and ensure renewal compliance.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel locally for bank, government, and other office-related errands.
