Role: Client Account Management

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned native advertising clients
• Understand and clarify client requests, ensuring expectations are clearly defined
• Coordinate with internal team members (particularly Juan) to implement client deliverables
• Track, manage, and follow through on client projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in a client/account management or ad operations role

• Proven track record of working directly with North American businesses

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities

• Experience with ad tech, ad operations, or native advertising platforms is a plus
