Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
  • You will play a vital role in streamlining operations, boosting productivity, and enabling the sales team to focus on what they do best closing deals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate and up-to-date client and deal information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending tasks or documents.
  • Maintain documentation of sales processes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and workflows.
  • Respond to internal and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to task management.
