RecruitGo is in search of a BPO Sales Representative based in the Philippines.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has a knack for technology, like comprehensive problem-solving, is business smart, an excellent communicator, and is great at multitasking and managing stressful situations.
- Enter and maintain prospects within ZOHO, our Marketing and Sales software. Continuously seek opportunities to automate tasks using ZOHO capabilities.
- Respond to questions from prospects via phone and email. Utilize existing “template” responses and create new templates. Customize the template so that it always feels specific to each prospect’s concern.
- Set appointments between the prospect and the Sr. Sales Rep for different types of meetings. Utilize Calendly to ensure you are addressing the prospect in their time zone and are scheduling the appropriate Rep. Provide voice and email reminders to ensure appointments are kept.
- Ensure each prospect is followed up promptly and maintain a next step to move them through the process in a reasonable manner.
- Prepare formal proposals with the aid of the Sr. Sales Rep.
- Support Sales Reps in small tasks so they can smoothly flow through multiple back-to-back meetings.
- Aid our marketing department when direct contact with a lead is necessary. For example, phone a list of leads to verify we have their accurate email addresses.
- Strategize with our marketing department to ensure we are getting the best possible results for our marketing spend.
- Manage marketing campaign responses and outreach – show off your sales skills by making calls and invigorating interest.
- Handle all logistics associated with attending a trade show.
- Participate in surveys, demonstrations, and proposal reviews so that you are always deepening your understanding of our offerings and are prepared to answer questions a prospect might ask.

- 2+ years of proven sales experience in the BPO industry
- Very STRONG English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in Sales and Marketing
- Business computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
- A bright, enthusiastic demeanor
- Business acumen and maturity that allows you to gain a business owner’s trust
- Ability to effectively manage your time to juggle various tasks in a given day
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ZOHO CRM
- Prior sales and/or sales coordinator experience
- Active listening skills and the ability to engage with customers and prospects

- Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000
