Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for a Junior Sous Chef. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to food safety standards. The role also includes menu planning, inventory management, and assisting in training new staff members.

Qualifications
  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Menu planning and inventory management skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
