المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
Skills and Competencies: Strong coaching abilities, excellent employee relations, exceptional communication (both written and verbal), and proven people management skills.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours; occasional travel for training or seminars may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and lead teams, proactive problem-solver.
