Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Provide support in employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; ideal for recent graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting abilities, effective communication skills, and knowledge of employee relations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, support employee relations, and engage in human resource planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
