要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate, eager to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and communication skills, proficiency in candidate screening, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, proactive, teamwork-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
