Role Purpose:

Acts as the first point of contact for customers post-installation, ensuring prompt technical support, machine troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer machine issues.
• Log and escalate unresolved concerns using the CRM system.
• Guide customers remotely via phone, email, or other platforms.
• Provide technical support during installations and trainings.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.

• BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferably licensed).
• Experience as Technical Service Coordinator or in Call Center/Technical Support.
• Strong understanding of technology products and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work in Bajada, Davao City.
